ALTINOR CONSTRUCTION

Resat Altinor started out in the gold business, he set up shop in the centre of Kyrenia. With a good eye for business he opened
branches in Famagusta, Nicosia and Istanbul to become one of the leading jewellery businesses in Northrn Cyprus. From there
Resat Altinor decided to venture out in different fields, he now has a Bureau de Change and Tourism company, has recently
opened an Optics and watch store (with some leading designer names in sunglasses, frames and watches) and then the construction
company.

The construction company was set up in 1999 with the idea of building a four-star hotel in Catalkoy (east of Kyrenia), from there
he moved onto building houses. With his first complex completed (which is on the Bellapais road next to the Altinkaya Restaurant
)Altinor saw that there was a big demand and started more project. He kept prices low and quality of build high.

Altinor Construction has a number of projects on the go at the moment with prices ranging from 45k to 70k.
